This is our happy family!!

Sorry we have been so busy that we have not updated our blog in some time. But just to let our family and friends know we had a great Christmas and New Year. Sometimes we have so much going in our lives that its hard to just relax! During Christmas Mike was working out at the airport and he was working 12 to 10 hour day 7 days a week. We only saw him when he was coming home to eat, shower and go to bed. He is glad that he is not working on that job anymore it was very stressful . I really don"t know what I would do without Courtney, she always steps in when I'm at work and takes care of her sisters. She has a lot going on in her life this being her senior year in high school. She is trying to decide what to do with her life and I think sometimes it gets a little overwhelming at times, but she has a good head on her shoulders and she will know what is right for her. Cassidey already had her birthday this year, she is now 14. Cassidey is our beautiful red head and she a sweetheart. This past year she has babysat a lot, when tithing settlement came she was very surprised that she had earned over a thousand dollars babysitting! We are so proud of her for being a full tithe payer! Kennedey is really liking Jr High, she had a good Christmas because her dad gave in and gave her a cell phone. She REALLY likes to text but Mike is on her all the time about texting to much! We are proud to say that all of our girls have gotten straight A's so far this year. We look at them and we don't know where they came from?? Kelsey is doing good also, she got a basketball hoop for Christmas and everyone that comes to visit has to go outside and play a little hoop with Kelsey! She loves it and she really is pretty good. I am just busy with work and my church calling. We are planning our girls camp and this will be my 3rd year at planning camp. I am so grateful that this year I have a great camp leader and she has taken care of EVERYTHING! I'm so happy to finally have someone who is willing to help, I am so grateful for her. I enjoy my calling even though it's really hard with my family and work but I know that my Father in Heaven will help me do what I need to get done. We have started the year out good Lana came down and went to church with us and it was a great feeling to have both of Mike's sisters and their families with us at church. Mike thinks I'm crazy but I don't think there is anything better than to be in church with your family, to me it just feels right. I'm sure you can tell that family means everything to me and I would not know what to do without mine. I love them all so much and I am very thankful for them all!!

Halloween

We are heading out to go trick or treating with a nerd, a bumble bee & Joe Jonas!! We had a lot of fun we just went around the neighborhood but we got a lot of candy! The funnest thing was when they went to one house the guy ask them if they were a day early? When this happened we all went running down the street laughing!! It was a great night.

Kelsey's Baptism

Ok we had the shower on Thursday and Kelsey's baptism on Saturday, what a week! I just want to tell you all just how proud I am of my husband. I can not find the words to let him know how much I love him and I am so thankful for having a worthy priesthood holder in our home. He did a wonderful job. He had the whole room in tears. I love you Mike!! Kelsey was so sweet and she looked just like an angel. We are so lucky to have her in our family. Once again our family was here to support us thank you all!!

Erika's Bridal Shower

So there has been so much going on that I am trying to update everything. After we came back from Amanda and Eric's wedding we had Erika's shower. It was a lot of fun and I think she really enjoyed herself. She got a lot of stuff that she really needs ( as you can tell by the picture above). I just want to thank all of the family for all of the support that they show to my family! I love you all!

We went up to West Jordan for my nieces wedding. It was really fun to see all of the family. We stayed at Marcy's and we had 16 people with 2 bathrooms it was GREAT!! It really was fun to be with all of the family. Amanda was a beautiful bride, I'm sure she will have a wonderful life with her husband. They are a really cute couple.

After a long summer the first day of school is finally here! I guess our girls are crazy because they love school. They were all very glad to go back to school!

After almost 10 years of my husband having facial hair he decided to shave it all off. I can't believe it! Maybe he wanted a new look because of all the gray? The girls keep looking at him like he's not our Dad? It took Cassidey all morning before she realized he shaved. He thinks he looks like his Dad. I think he's pretty hot!
